Omega Entertainment has over 40 years of experience with entertainment, and have taken the time and effort to develop a good quality product, service and website that is customer orientated.

Our services are well designed and produced to supply the best possible service and equipment to our customers. We are completely customer driven and treat each customer as though they are our only customer. We ensure that our efforts and professionalism do not only reflect in the efforts of our website but that our equipment and service is of the highest standard.

We have good quality equipment coupled with qualified technicians that install, test and use the equipment. We prepare all our clients upfront, so that they know what their responsibility is and what to expect of us, this way we avoid dissatisfaction. We also always ensure that there is a back-up plan in place, in case anything goes wrong.

We operate a registered business that has business bank accounts and only work with qualified suppliers, and we choose our suppliers based on their customer satisfaction not their business status. We do not support all the many DJ's that have popped up over the years, and claim to be professionals, even though they only started a few weeks ago. It takes dedication and perseverance to become successful at satisfying clients every time.
