TERMS
AND CONDITIONS:
Payment. A 80% Deposit is
payable upon confirmation of this agreement.
Balance is payable 2 days prior to the event.
All prices include VAT
Security. The client will be fully responsible for security at the venue and any loss and/or damage of equipment will be for their account.
Confirmation. This agreement will only be confirmed and accepted as a booking when we have received an official and duly signed company order or payment as stated above.
Equipment availability can only be confirmed at the time of us receiving your acceptance of this quote.
Insurance. Whilst we hold comprehensive Insurance cover for Public Liability and equipment loss or damage in RSA, the client remains liable for the insurance excess payment up to a maximum of R20 000.00.
Weather. Should there be adverse weather conditions that could lead to damage of the equipment, and the equipment cannot be operated and the client insists on the equipment being operated, then they will be liable for any equipment damage.
Equipment. If required, the use of a Skyjack or Forklift to complete the contract will be for the clients account.
Power. We require adequate
power points with multi adapters and power leads supplied at the
venue.
Parking. The client must provide adequate parking immediately
adjacent to the staging area for the loading and unloading of
equipment and issue parking/vehicle access permits for our
designated vehicles and employees.
Access. The client must issue all-access permits to all designated employees in advance of our arrival at the venue.
We will provide qualified personnel to operate all the equipment provided for in this agreement. No other personnel, including the Client and/or his employees, shall operate the equipment without express consent of Omega Consultancy.
Cancellation. In the event of this agreement being cancelled by you for any reason whatsoever, the deposit will be forfeited. In addition, the agreed fee will become payable in full immediately upon cancellation, unless the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the date of the function, in which event, only 50% of the agreed fee is payable.
Accommodation. The Client will be fully responsible for all
Food and Beverages, and if required, accommodation for the full
period of the event. Should this not be supplied, the client
will be billed accordingly after the event.
TERMS & CONDITIONS - DRY HIRE
Payment. Full amount is payable on acceptance of quote of equipment in order to secure a booking.
Unless stated otherwise, all prices includes VAT
Security. The client will be fully responsible for the securing of equipment for the time of hire as stated on delivery note and any loss and/or damage of equipment will be for the clients account. Securing is respective of late returns.
Confirmation. This agreement will only be confirmed and accepted as a booking when this agreement is accepted by the client and payment has been made.
Equipment availability can only be confirmed at the time of our receiving your acceptance of this agreement.

Weather. Should there be adverse weather conditions that could lead to damage to equipment, the equipment cannot be operated. If the equipment is operated by the client during adverse weather conditions, the client will be fully responsible to repair or replace damaged equipment or will be billed accordingly.
Access. Employees must have access to all hired equipment, at all times. The client must issue all-access permits to designated employees of Omega Consultancy in this regard.
Only the person signing the delivery note is authorized to operate the equipment hired. No other person shall operate the equipment without express consent of Omega Consultancy.
Cancellation. There is no refund applicable to cancellation of dry hire bookings.
If for any reason whatsoever, the equipment is returned later
than agreed; the client will be charged
accordingly for the equipment rental. If as a result of a late
return Omega Consultancy needs to rent in equipment as
replacement, this will also be payable by the
client.
